Stephen brings to ITF over ten years' diverse transaction experience, including four years in M&A advisory and six years on the project finance teams at two of the world's leading multilateral financial institutions, the World Bank and Inter-American Development Bank. His M&A work includes successful engagements for both publicly-traded and privately-held, mid-market companies in the Internet/computer services, industrial coating and electronic imaging sectors-including divestiture of a $175-million, 14-unit IT-services roll-up.

While at the World Bank and IDB, he worked on several billion dollar-plus, limited-recourse financings in the telecom (wireless), power, and toll road sectors. In addition, he did extensive policy development work for both institution's innovative loan-guarantee
programs.

Stephen's professional background is complemented by a Thunderbird MBA and a B.A. in International Economics from the American University of Paris.
