She held executive leadership positions for sixteen years with IBM (and was their first professional hire in Florida's consluting group), with InforMax (Bioinformatics) and with several Biotech start-ups. She distinguishes herself because of her energy, integrity and focus on delivering value and results.

She was the top performer during several consecutive years receiving many awards among them the 1987 Director of IBM Engineering. She is fluent in English, Greek and German.
