Jan Thyssen has 8 years of experience in international expansions. He was the former International development manager for TV - Shop Europe, a company within the Kinnevik group. He established TV - Shop subsidiaries in Hungary, the Czeck Republic, Colombia, Poland and was also in charge of the Russian establishment.

Just prior to joining ITF Jan worked as International roll out manager for Bidlet, an auction site later sold to QXL. He was responsible for the Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, German, Dutch and Belgium launches of Bidlet.

Jan Thyssen has also worked for Alt om Kobenhavn, an online city guide. After leading a successful launch the company, Alt om Kobenhavn was sold to one of Denmark's largest newspapers, Berlingske Tidende.
